Central Valley Foster Care was established in 2001 in Riverbank, California as a foster care agency serving the local communities. Central Valley Foster Care’s core purpose is to help foster children who are at-risk. We believe every child has a basic right to dignity, respect, and confidentiality in a safe family home. Central Valley Foster Care delivers a treatment-based foster care program that provides stable placement alternatives to institutional care for children who have experienced trauma and who can benefit from a family-based treatment program with enriched services. This is accomplished with dedicated professionals, volunteer Board of Directors members, and a wide array of community partners. This agency adheres to the highest standard of care and has implemented evidence-based programs and services. We are additionally committed to flexible, individualized care to meet the specific needs of our clients and families.
